A lot of times you are not the only one who needs access to your cattle records. If you are still using paper, that usually means making a copy of your records. If you are using other non-web based software, then you have to make sure the other person has the software and then send them the file and hope it works for them, or print out what you want them to have and send it to them.In Online Cattle Manager however, you are allowed to create an unlimited amount of sub-users for your account. You can then specify each sub-user as a manager who can edit your cattle records, or a guest who can just view your cattle records. All you need to do is tell them the URL, and their username and password that you created for them.
This is a great feature especially if you have employees who help with your cattle. They can be out in the barn or in their office updating cattle records and you can be be updating other records in the system at the same time! You can also give people like your accountant, investor, customers, etc. a guest account and they can view your records, but not edit them.
